Great Fosters Wedding Photography
It was at Great Fosters in Surrey that I photographed one of my very first weddings, year ago. It was with real excitement therefore that I returned earlier this summer for Oscar and Brenda’s Great Fosters wedding photography. Oscar had actually proposed to Brenda in the grounds of this Surrey wedding venue, and so the place is also very special to them too. Great Fosters is truly one of the most romantic wedding venues in Surrey. Set amongst 50 acres of stunning gardens and parkland in Egham, it is the perfect setting for a wedding. In addition to hosting wedding receptions, the hotel is licensed to hold civil ceremonies and weddings, both indoors and on the lawn. If you are looking for a beautiful Surrey wedding venue, then look no further!

Oscar and Brenda however, chose to hold their ceremony at the church of St. Edwards the Confessor in Guildford. Unusually, they also chose to hold their reception in the Orangery at Great Fosters. This light filled space worked perfectly though, and gave their guests easy access into the gardens at Great Fosters. As evening arrived, the space was transformed in lighting speed by the guys from Firebird Events to accommodate the dance floor, and with a little encouragement for their toastmaster, there was some fun and games, including showing the bouquet and throwing the garter, before the party truly got underway.
If you’re in the process of planning your wedding at Great Fosters, then I’d be delighted to hear from you. My Documentary style of wedding photography gives couples the opportunity to truly enjoy their wedding day with family and friends, while I capture genuine moment of joy and togetherness. I offer all my couples a free no obligation venue visit before booking.
