Clifton Nurseries Wedding Photography an Alternative London Wedding Venue
I love London weddings, and an alternative London wedding venue like Clifton Nurseries is right up my street. Well actually it’s a quick train ride into town and a short walk round the corner from Warwick Avenue tube station, but you know what I mean! As unconventional as it may sound, a garden centre, as it turns out, actually makes for a really good wedding venue. I’m no horticultural expert myself, but my Clifton Nurseries wedding photography was made all the more enjoyable because of all the natural light and layers of dramatic planting, creating a stunning backdrop to every picture. So often, us photographers have to keep one eye on the subject and the other on the background, making sure that the background is clean and there’s nothing too distracting sticking out of peoples’ heads! Here I was able to concentrate on the moments and the connections that I love to photograph as the staff at Clifton Nurseries did an amazing job of transforming the covered area that was used for the ceremony, and the glass house/cafe that was used for the wedding breakfast, into fantastically sociable spaces that looked straight out of the pages of a glossy magazine. The decoration was topped off by Hannah’s own flower arrangements, you can check out more of her creative handiwork on her Instagram feed @hannahjordanflowers. Other than a little rain shower in the evening, the day went without a hitch. Hannah and Rob you smashed it, and the party was the best! If you’d like to see some of the other alternative London wedding venues I’ve been to then check out The Gherkin, Leadenhall Market and St Pancras Station.
